Returns and Cancellations

Cancellations & Returns: We do not accept returns or cancellations as our items are mostly handmade and limited. Our processing time is typically 3-5 business days and up to 7 business days when we have a spike in volume, we strive to get orders out as quickly as possible which one of the reasons we do not offer cancellations.

All items are made to order therefore we do not offer any refunds. However If there is an issue with the item please message us ASAP and we can discuss possible options.

Return Shipping: If error is due to the customer then the customer will be responsible for purchasing a new shipping label in order for us to resend the item to correct address. This is very important to make sure correct information is given at time of purchase because items are made to order and we do not offer refunds as stated above.

If a package is refused or returned to us we will NOT credit back shipping cost and we will deduct a restocking fee of $5.00 from each item.
